It sounds like `pishka do`, but apparently it doesn`t exist. Apparently though, `pishka` means `penis in Bulgarian. If he was in the south of France before he got to the Pyrenees, then maybe it`s a mountain that looks like a penis. Other than that, i have no idea.
The name of the mountain that Jim Marrs ( @ minute 21:04) said was teeming with UFOs and aliens was Monte Perdido (the Spanish name), which in English means The Lost Mountain (or Mont Perdu in French). It belongs to the Pyrenees Mountains, which is the natural border between Spain and France. According to Wikipedia, Monte Perdido has 3355 m height.
