I have to agree with the comment about the pacing. I think you guys need to get a little more comfortable with the camera an pacing. There a a few hanging moments in the news stories that I'm not sure are as smooth as they could be.

I don't think the bouncing between the two isn't as distracting as the hanging moments.

Really enjoying the video show, although I'll echo the call for having Summer on...

Also, I found the shots going back and forth between Michael and Brian a bit distracting -- personally, I think it would be better to have them both up for most of the news stories, and only occasionally have the shots with just one of them.

Not bad, you guys are starting to look more comfortable in front of the camera now. I agree a full 10 minute spot would help a little with pacing and allow you to add some informal comments between stories but I understand the need to take it slow and ease into this while you feel things out. And maybe next year we'll see Summer on the cast. ;)

Wow. Nicely done. Big improvement on the first episode - fixed mikes (microphones not Mennenga) and closeups. Excellent supplement to the podcast and it IS cool.

Gang... We are not replacing Slice of Scifi. We are not even looking to augment the podcast. We are looking to bring new listeners to the Podcast and the website. Of course, if we can do it and make something really cool, bonus.

While it's cool to jump to video, I have to wonder WHY? What are you going to SHOW us that makes it worthwhile to move to video? This conversation could (did?) happen via podcast (which I LOVE!)

This looks very good so far. I'd like to see you continue with the 3 person format if only to make the visuals more balanced, otherwise, huddle together and zoom in! Aim for the full 10 minutes allowed by YouTube before trying to tackle a longer format.

We are doing are best to figure things out. It'll just keep getting better as we tighten up the cast and the way we do our production. Hang in there folks, this will be great soon.
