Great video. You have to be on some type of diet plan to even get ripped like that unless you are already in shape, but if not, it's impossible to look that nice without eating right.

@TheReaLConstricts Woah 14? Calm down a bit first kid, if your trying to look like those teen body builders, don't, most roid. At your age you should stick with good cardio mostly, don't neglect your other muscles though. This guy has some great cardio vids to check out. Also take into account how tall you are, keep at it though it's good to see kids still being active out there!!
@TheReaLConstricts im 15 and i need to gain muscle and weight for my football so i drank ''muscle milk'' it helps you gain muscle but since me and you arent fully grown you cannot gain that much muscle. o yea and drink the it before you workout i hope it helps. i'm 114 in weight so i hope it helps
@SuperW000t Dude muscle milk is absolute crap! it has a lot of junk in it that is not good for your body. Sure it's high in protein but there are to many negatives in it. Try buying a whey protein product like the ones in GNC, those are very effective they allowed me to put on 20lbs of muscle. And I don't get called chicken legs anymore lol. Hope this tip helps ya :)

@MultiSnoopDawg Im 14 aswell, if you want to you can but try not using weights apart from dumbells or kettlebells if you like, it would make it more easier. I started doing these types of exercises around 2 months ago and every single week i do most of these exercises i start to get results. Try to sleep alot, eat healthy and do a cardio exercise everyweek. For more advices goto sixpackfactory(dot)com they help alot.

HELP: I'm quite skinny, but with a layer of fat over my abs. I want to get ripped meaning get bigger and defined but not too much. In order to develop muscle mass, I need a caloric surplus but i noticed that when i did this for a few weeks, I gained more fat over the abs. People'll say, to gain muscle you need to eat more and do cardio. But if i do cardio, the calories i initially eat to gain mass will be burned anyway so why do cardio for abs when u could just not eat too much?

@yakupkilci It depends. Mostly people grow up to their maximum height when they're 18 or 19-years old. Gym doesnt stop your growth unless you work out since 12. But if you're happy enough without height, if that's what you mean, you can do so. But be careful if you choose to have back workouts. Doing them wrong way for long period will make you small a bit. So yes, go gym and dont worry about growth stopping.
I am a 20 year old girl. Ride horses run swim play tough and was in the 1st 11 before I broke my back. Girls workouts for abs arn't challenging enough, this video has been VERY helpful. Thanks =)

set a schedule for about half an hour fitness training skipping is VERY good you see results so fast id say for starters start off with 1minute skipping nonstop then 1minute rest then repeat that bout 3 times and do it every day and trust me you will watch it work like magic also drink lots of water and it has to be routine trust me SKIPPING IS THE BEST
doing thos sort of ab work outs hurt the lower back fast and after a while they feel like they dont work so what i do is tense my abs in the crunch position and move my legs like im riding a bike fast as for 30 seconds have about a minute rest then do it agen about 4 times and it burns ya abs but id say dont do it all the time or the muscles tighten right up and when you a good meal you feel like you cant breathe cause of that pressure from the muscles but do alot of cardio and you'll see change

HELP: I'm quite skinny, but with a layer of fat over my abs. I want to get ripped meaning get bigger and defined but not too much. In order to develop muscle mass, I need a caloric surplus but i noticed that when i did this for a few weeks, I gained more fat over the abs. People'll say, to gain muscle you need to eat more and do cardio. But if i do cardio, the calories i initially eat to gain mass will be burned anyway so why do cardio for abs when u could just not eat too much?

@yakupkilci It depends. Mostly people grow up to their maximum height when they're 18 or 19-years old. Gym doesnt stop your growth unless you work out since 12. But if you're happy enough without height, if that's what you mean, you can do so. But be careful if you choose to have back workouts. Doing them wrong way for long period will make you small a bit. So yes, go gym and dont worry about growth stopping.

I am a 20 year old girl. Ride horses run swim play tough and was in the 1st 11 before I broke my back. Girls workouts for abs arn't challenging enough, this video has been VERY helpful. Thanks =)

set a schedule for about half an hour fitness training skipping is VERY good you see results so fast id say for starters start off with 1minute skipping nonstop then 1minute rest then repeat that bout 3 times and do it every day and trust me you will watch it work like magic also drink lots of water and it has to be routine trust me SKIPPING IS THE BEST

doing thos sort of ab work outs hurt the lower back fast and after a while they feel like they dont work so what i do is tense my abs in the crunch position and move my legs like im riding a bike fast as for 30 seconds have about a minute rest then do it agen about 4 times and it burns ya abs but id say dont do it all the time or the muscles tighten right up and when you a good meal you feel like you cant breathe cause of that pressure from the muscles but do alot of cardio and you'll see change
