  • you should have just bought the "slime beats" by vado

  • I'm sure as long as you got your claim filed in time that Paypal gave your money back. The neat thing about paypals "fake" policy is that you get to keep the fake you bought you don't even have to return it. This has happened to me a couple of times. Paypal has been great to me.

  • fake

  • @CMExz Yes. Yes it is.

  • i got mine for $15 i use them for my ps3

  • The point of this video should have been for you to give us the user name of that seller ;). I like this video though thanks. WOuld you be keen on sharing us the name of the seller cuz I'm an ebayer and after a couple of months I've found out some earphones are knock-offs too. Anywho.. .take care.

  • @AAABeatbox I'd love to but it's kinda pointless. He closed up shop a little time after our dispute. He was a typical cookie cutter seller from China. Now I know better. You can probably find a few knock off listing even right now.

  • @On1L1nk Thanks !

  • @On1L1nk my partner bought me some of these for xmas and is gutted cos the charger is a 2pin plug, i cant find them with my bluetooth device i have tried 2 phones, i also pressed buttons to send a signal, the spare ear buds were loose in the box, the controls on the right side were hanging off (peeling off), im gutted for my partner as they knew it was something i really wanted and to send them back would prob cost a fortune!! i might take them to a charity shop or just throw them poo :(

  • @hartpink1983 Well, the plug is the least of your worries since these charge with a mini USB cable from your computer, as well. If you hold the power button long enough it's supposed to change colors or something like that. As for sending them back, that was the case for me. To send them back would've cost more than the device itself so I chose to just throw it in a drawer and maybe find a use for them later. If it weren't for the abysmal battery life, these weren't so bad...

  • @On1L1nk i cant even get them to work they switch on but thats it, i have tried several bluetooth devices with no joy at first i thought it was because the must only work wi motorola? but hey ho, ill have to see if my partner has already left feedback, i went into loads of shops to try find a pair but people just looked at me like i was talking jibberish, lol

  • well done for posting vid ebay scammers beware sell these to me and i will keep and get my refund serves you right!

  • Sorry, but what do you expect when you spend a tenth of the price of the official product. Its that cheap for a reason my friend. Some people moan to much. Get a grip man. Yes I agree all items from china are fake. You should have know that before buying

  • @drbizzaros Does no one read video descriptions any more? I'm not even complaining. I made this video as a guide so other people that were tricked will know that they bought a counterfeit product. And I didn't know back then that even if a product is described as "Original" from a top rated seller could be a knock off. I know now.

  • maybe its a chinese replica

  • @guidosouupal Yeah, it is :)

  • I just got the same fake ones. Mines missing the Motorola logo altogether! lol

  • man u realy know yor shit lol mine r exacly like yors 2 but mine has all the lites and the buttens r touch sensitive ahhahh well shit happens

  • thank you for taking time posting this information

  • @tomoherawan You are most welcome. Glad you liked it.

  • Thanks for the video

  • Tank's for the advise!! Man and do me a favor suit eBay for seling piracy

  • @Solis5932 It's really out of their control. They do what they can to protect the buyer but a lot of decent sellers get screwed along the way...

  • @darknightIord As I said, I'm not complaining. This video was mostly used as a guide so people would know if they had bought a knock off. I didn't know and I was tricked but I got refunded. Plus, these go for 80-100 Euro. That's about 150 US dollars. I wasn't gonna spend that much on something just to see if they're worth it.

  • Shit! I just won an auction for $15 for this s9 hope they're not knock offs, the seller had them for $15 or buy it now for $40 and they're just the headphones with the charger and manual.

  • is the sellers name memorybank168 because i brought some from him last night so....

  • No...To my knowledge he's no longer a user. After our little transaction of sorts, he removed all his listings...

  • ihave these and haow is the connection quality?

  • I live in europe and you can buy it here for €120,- that's very expensive so bought it on ebay $23,95 that's €16,05 I'm very glad whit it

  • OMG!!!!, i just got my headset today and it has all the features of yours.

I bought mine from ebay for 12 bux

    seller name: hym2012

  • So who do i contact first?

  • The seller

  • Thnx alot man....I am really believing that mines will be fake from looking at this video. But i will make sure of it when it arrives. I will follow these steps, and yes it helped me alot. One more Question did you say contact motorola first Between steps B and C?

  • No. I had it in mind but they would prosecute the seller, most likely and I didn't want that...

  • How did you get your refund? i order mines two days before i saw this video. Mines cost 21$ off ebay and also came from hong kong, Can you help me get my refund back?

  • Well, the first thing to do is certify that their counter-feit. If they have the symptoms that are shown here, it's most likely that's true. Most of these are made in bulk in the same factories, so it could be the same. The main points to consider are the boxing and included items. Once I figured it out, I contacted the seller and told him that. They first offered a refund if I sent them back. But that would've cost me as much as a new pair. So, I examined my options and I found that I could...

  • ..file a dispute through eBay or PayPal and that would've put the seller in a bad state and you have to know that what matters most to sellers from HK is positive ratings. So, to sum up. A) Don't rate it yet B) Make sure that the auction says "Original" or "Motorolla" C) Contact them first D) Make it clear that you just want your money back. That's what I did. Hope I helped.

  • lol i bought mines on ebay and i have had them for about 2 weeks and i agree with everythin you have and i am going to get my money back no wonder they dont last long at all and they turn off wen i sweat

  • quit bitching, you only paid $20,you get what you pay for.

  • True enough. It's just that it was advertised as original. And I'm not bitching. This was a video I was gonna send to PayPal to justify my filing a claim, which is something I didn't have to do since I got my money back anyway. This is just here mostly as a warning for people who buy electronics off eBay...

  • Damn i just order mine at Ebay and well i thing they are knock off !!! they cost me $25!! so watch out ppl!!!! try not to buy before doing some reasearch!!! this is the name of the Ebay user "memorybank168"

  • Haha sorry for ur pair. Mine don't click. But they don't fit my head to well. Kinda big but grey quality!!!

  • YOOOO!! i hope i didn't get the knock off brand i ordered them yesterday (b4 i saw this video) from ebay 39.99. the seller is "cooks66" hopefully he's a good seller cus his location about 20 min from me!

  • Well, if you got it from the States it's unlikely they're knock offs. It's a crime selling counterfeit products in the US and I don't think anybody would risk it on eBay.

  • No, it was a seller from Hong Kong that appears to have pulled all his listings from eBay...

  • Who did you buy them from, was it Mobile Liquidations?

  • dude i got those how do i get my money back

  • How long ago was it and have you left feedback? If you've left positive feedback, there's little chance the seller will care much. The proper course of action would be to contact the seller, tell him that you believe the headphones are counterfeit and that you would like to get a refund. If you cannot establish proper ground with the seller, you should consider using PayPal or eBay to establish a dispute. Both cover in case of counterfeit products. Would you like to provide the auction url?

  • sztradesman....

  • Hey!! I think you just saved me!!! I am bidding on one of those fake headsets on ebay.... I am 100% sure that they are fake because in the photo they have buttons.... If I win the auction, I will not pay for this sh*t

Thx a lot for the great review!!!

Good luck with paypal!! I am sure you'll receive a full refund!!!!

  • Oh, nothing to it. It's not that they're not supposed to have buttons. They're just supposed to be touch sensitive. Eventually, I got my full refund. eBay or PayPal didn't have to intervene. What's the name of the seller?
