i didn't follow all the steps but it still worked for me.

i followed the steps up to 8. i took out the adaptor but put it back in just before i picked lesson 5 submission. after i signed in to my original profile the update popper up, i downloaded it and now it dosn't pause anymore. just to make sure i went to dashboards and went on gears again an no freeze,

wow thanks this really works people and instead of signing into a silver dont sign in into anything that way its quicker to switch gamertag after the submision step the only down side is you go back to rank 1 but atleast you get to play i was about to spend money by buying a x box live card but thanks to this video i dont have to spend a dime

It is not necessary to use a silver account, just start the game with no account being signed in. Then go to training grounds, start submission and while it's loading sign in with your frozen account as shown in the video.

@bobmac96 The guy who helped me explained that you can only do it with a silver account .I tried with a level 75 gamertag,I wanted to see if i can glitch my other account and make it a 75 but it back fired and turned us both into a level 1. that actually was tramatyze account sorry trama, but don't let my failure stop you explore a little and let me know how it goes....
