Get UC2 first, then if you really like it (which you will) go and play the first one.

I'd recommend playing the first one, then play the second one. I played the first one over a month ago and I liked the game a lot. I beat Uncharted 2 a week later and loved uncharted 2 even more. I'd say play uncharted 1 to develop Uncharted 2 for you
