He's probably the best skater to have never won an Olympic Medal but, he's so fun to watch. I pulled for him in 94 (since my fav Paul Wylie had turned pro) and was heart broken when he failed again. Still he is a tremendous skater.

Yes I agree, not great music and he was clearly frustrated. 5.9 for Presentation rather generous too. Much preferred his 1990 short programme. I am a big Kurt fan but he was way overmarked in Worlds 92 as well. Elvis should have got silver then.

@premierrules The music is great and his interpretation of it is incredibly daring and exciting. He handles all of the changes of tempo beautifully. Wonderful transitional movements and skating skills displayed throughout this program as well. If he skated perfectly it would be worth a 6.0. One of the most dynamic Short Programs ever.
