if you aren't using it now

it is extremely high quality

if you use wmv, it is lower quality but the size of the file is so compressed, a video like this would take 5 minutes to upload to youtube

i recommend on of those two

I'd say, make the video's in the way you feel most comfortable. I've watched most of your video's now in the different ways that you've presented them, and each one is as useful as the next.

So like I said, I think it won't matter much which way you make your video's. You explain things very well and have some of the best tutorials I've seen on the web.
