First, you might want to research and reconsider using an mat like that, especially one that isn't very flexible. A thin towel is usually all that's advised, for safety reasons. Your install may not be tight enough.
Second, the two pieces at the seat bight are Lower Anchors, the top piece behind the seat is the top Tether. LATCH stands for Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren.
