i interview bands on radio and ive had live bands in i never EVER use a clipboar,d SOD that, and the golden rule i always lay down is always think if different questions ot just do it as a chat, because if someone is being interviewed they dont want to hear boring shot, believe me it helps
Awsome video...I like how he tells people to be themselves and not try to just interview them...Try to connect with people is the way it should be not just hit them with tons of questions
I never interview people but knowing this might make it a little easier for me to have a more relaxed job interview next time i need to have one. I think the advice he gave can work both ways or at least i imagine it would help ease my nerves by using his method and not really being afraid of it having to be super formal or what not. thanks for sharing Chris this reminded me of another channel i am subscribed to called TedTalks. Good info here and delivered really well in my opinion.
I think he should have spoken up a bit

Wow. This is real wisdom and knowledge imparted.
I may need to interview people for one of my websites, and this will be useful.
The part about letting the subject add to the first reflex answer with the real information, is great advice.
Thank you again.

I like this guy, I also love his passive aggressiveness to that last guy at the end who tries to criticize him.

Taking notes. Walk into a lecture at a Uni and you'll be greeted by a similar sight.
