Practice, practice, practice.

That's the only thing that will help you speed up your kicks. It's just like playing a sport, there is no "quick" way to get to it. You have to work on it, as it's a lot of muscle memory and conditioning. Start out slow, and keep getting faster and faster as you get comfortable with each Tempo.
