Rick Santelli is right on! I can tell you this... I worked my ass off and made ALOT of sacrafices to pay my way thru college so I could get a good job to save for a down payment for my house. It was a long and painful process. Now our government wants to basically give houses away to people. Work for the damn down payment. Demonstrate thru w-2's and tax returns that you really do have the cash flow to buy a house, and then you can buy a house. That's the only way it should be done. Period.
