I like to set scavenger in my specialist killstreak, because you probably won't need more until about 4 kills. I make it my 2nd for SMGs and 3rd for ARs. I like having scavenger. Hardline really isn't needed either, unless your good enough to where if the enemies know where you are, they still can't do anything. Blind eye or a Scrambler is good though in case the other team gets a heli or pred missile. These are the thoughts that I have a hard time contemplating when making a class.

The ACR is my opinion is better with kick because of its slow fire rate compared to other assault rifles. It will lose at close range so you want to keep your battles to medium to long range, and with kick it takes away that bit of recoil that gets in your way if you go fully auto at long range. Also against an experienced player you need pretty much all your shots on target and if you can go fully auto whenever you want apposed to bursting you get a huge advantage.
