For my 18th birthday my sister got me tickets to see BJH at Edinburgh...nearly 30 years later she hasn't got me a present to come any where near that!!!
This takes me back to great times in the early 1980's. Classic & different when most of my friends were into pop and dare I say ELO. Just look at what they were missing. I'm off to see Colin Browne (keyboard) at Newcastle Jazz & Blues, Staffs. Life is for living.
BJH. are just aoo dammed relaxed and so easy to mellow in with. this song is so upbeat yet just i dunno godly. same with hymn and child of the universe. thumbs down if u disagree but thats your opinion. for a band that involve god and upbeat tunes like this, they too will soon be soaring like gods. BJH forever
BJH is on World Tour actually (check their website). Probably the only group still here with still same persons since 1966 ! (except Pritchard, dead 4 or 5 years ago - don't know who replaces him).
I like the song! Never heard of it and never heard of Barclay James Harvest, but that is why I am often on Youtube; to look for new genres of music and new artists.
I really like the simplicity of the song, but despite that it remains a very inspiring song. I dig the synthesizer :P

That's not the famous concert in Berlin "A concert for the people"...

@hendrixkaf
That's what I was thinking. I remember the video being a bit more live than this.

@richdewar
Exactly! And i can hear it in the voice off the singer and the synthetizer has not the same sound as in the original version in Berlin! :)
