Just a little something.,,,, what I do when I play the chorus I go from,G Major to D Major then to C major. When you land on the C play it a few times then with your pinky add the B note on the 3rd string 4th fret while singing hey, hey, hey, ! Then go back to G major.

I like your style of play, I'm a bit stuck on the hammer ons and the strumming though.

You seem to hit the A and g string while also hitting the others - no single pick but

the strings come out louder and clearer than the other strings. I can manage that with single picking a bit but not really in a fluid play while constantly strumming. A little more advice on that part would be very helpful. Also you seem to use a single coil, so this also makes the hammer ons more crisp and louder I guess.
