There is a revival happening in Toronto Canada at Bethel Kingdom Ministries its spreading like a wild fire. Many people are being healed as they walk through the doors, many have felt and seen the presence of God's angels. One of the angels had a gold sword in his hand. America is at the point in between mercy and judgement. Praise God It's time. Its time to get right and get back to God or face the impending judgement that is almost here. "Missing limbs will be restored in this last revival."
Hello people! He who opines on a matter without thoroughly investigating it is a fool. Comparing Bill Johnson theology to new age is an abomination to God. Woe unto them who call good evil and evil good. Have discernment and study the difference between counterfeit miracles and those done in the name of Christ. And that repent that you have been a stumbling block to the work of the Lord as He prepares his spotless bride. Donald James Parker Author of All the Stillness of the Wind
"The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness"
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'
How can someone who preaches Christ; His words and His ways, be a false prophet? The world is dying while a lot of Christians simply want to offer what my Muslim coworker offers me - a book with moral teachings and instruction.
If i say there is "only one true God", then fine! But if I, by the power and grace of the one true God, heal your cancer, then why is the world the only one that can see the truth?
I tell you,it is a scary thing to call the work of the Holy Spirit "evil". Mark 3:22-30
He doesn't preach Christ. He preaches the Word-Faith doctrine/positive confession. It preys on Christians, and what miracles occur in their lives it claims as their own. It has false manifestations and occultic doctrine. And Islam is just another conglomeration of the Bible with man's teaching---full of hatred and false doctrine. There is only one God and one truth. The work of the Holy Spirit is good and true, but there are lying wonders we do not need to be afraid to warn others about.
Bill Johnson most certainly does preach Christ. He doesn't suggest we do anything apart from God, but rather that we seek alignment with His will before our prayers even begin. Is it strange that God likes to heal sick bodies? Jesus did these very things, and said that his followers would too in His name.
If a militia of thousands comes out to stop two burglars, it's no wonder hundreds of people end up getting arrested. I hope, for those not so theologically versed, that Jesus makes bail.
God says that "My ways are higher than your ways, my thoughts are higher than your thoughts." Bill says, "It's not hard to know God's will. It's that heaven be done on earth." Saying we should all be healthy in body, rich and prosperous on this earth denies the role that suffering plays in building the church---Christ's life of suffering, Paul's and many others. Bill says not to pray to seek God's will because "I've never seen anyone healed with that kind of prayer." STEER CLEAR OF HIS DOCTRINE.
Jesus suffered because of the wrath of God against our sin. As for his life, when was he sick? And sure Paul suffered; but persecution against God's heralds reveals the nature of man, not God. Paul never prayed & asked if someone should be healed, saved, or set free - he didn't need to.
Bill doesn't say the Christian life should be easy or without trial. He simply preaches that we can't be double minded concerning our response to the works of the devil... because Jesus was very clear about it.
No, Paul prayed in intercession for many people in Scripture. You need to read the Bible more. Paul struggled just as we did---so did Jesus. There is not some elite human existence division---these men were subject to torment, illness and persecution just as we were. Also, Jesus may have been ill from time to time---the Bible doesn't say whether He was or not. Don't get outside the bounds of Scripture and think that you can guess whether Jesus was ever ill. This creates heresy and division.
@MyGodIsEternal I do not think Jesus was ever sick, scripture yes doesn't say either but sickness is a curse just like sin is and He, being perfect could not be subject to eitha, he came to bring life because he IS life itself. Sickness is death in the process and Jesus even in the flesh could not be subject to it. Scripture says he was hungry and thirsty from time to time as a human being but there is no sin in that, it's just a human need but sickness is captivity which Jesus took captive.
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
God is moving Guys you need to move with him.Dont get left behind with the dead scraps of religion. What more does this world need then the kingdome of God to shake its so called wisdome. And Bills ministy is doing that.Agian all I can say is love guys love lets stop fighting amongst brohers.Ask God to softed your hearts towards Bill. You dont have to agree but lets not fight. We dont need biterness in our hearts...Its not like he is saying Christ is not the way to the Father.
We are getting away from classic, historical Christianity and now creating new teachings based on feelings, experiences, and so called "prophecies". Why? Because it makes us FEEL good and gives us some sense of feeling like we have control of our lives. These teachings are really sad, but they sound so close to what we know as traditional evangelical christianity that we don't catch the heresy of it.
Compare this man's teachings to full Scripture from the Bible (don't rely on the out-of-context snippets in his books), and you will find that he adds to Scripture and makes up doctrine. In his own book Dreaming With God..., he says that declaring that a dead baby is alive is prophecy. The baby was born dead from the womb. He spreads false prophecy and adds to God's word. Steer clear of his teachings. I will not respond to any comments---go to the Bible for your answers.
