@akl3g almost every first time rider makes the same mistake. The bike yanks them back; causing the throttle to yank back... The difference is your first bike should be a 100 or 250; so someone can run aside and pull the clutch in when your freak out...

Of all motorcycle videos anywhere, anytime, this remains my personal favorite. I just watch it over and over, howling.

Anyone who's ever ridden a motorcycle is familar with the phenomina and probaly has had a similar close-call: "target fixation" - but this guy takes it to the hilarious extreme - on his buddy's bike - with no protective gear.

"Don't hit the parked car. Hit the tree instead!" And that satisfying "crunch" at the end? Priceless.
