  • i tried to post the link but it wouldnt let me, but go to foodwishs channel and learn, i dont have anything to do with the site, its just a great way to learn italian cooking.

    I know my post seems nasty but people can not get away with eating like that

  • yeah i think they used 1 bottle of fish sause, one pack of bacon, one pack of cheese, this is a great way to clog up your arteries, and a total waste of time and money,,,

    Follow this one if u want to make carbonara the italian way.

    you will save time and money and your health

  • hi jst wondering if really seasoning with fishsauce,will the sauce turns out to be more tastier?,usually i jst used salt nd pepper to taste,bt this is a first time,to see patis instead.....

  • @zp72 it's all about preference, for us, it tastes a lot better with patis, and the combination of patis and ground black pepper is awesome...

  • Hi o1nikkio5, if you are talking about the Carnation Condensed Milk, I would never use that because it is sweet. When I was still in the Philippines, I used Nestle Cream. I only use heavy whipping cream because that's what's available here in our area.

  • I have a question, can I just use regular condensed milk & just mix it with water to lighten it? And is the whipping cream same thing as the whipped topping cream you'd put on desserts?

    if you google walmart heavy whipping cream and click on the first link, you will see it and that's what we used...
