Thanks Mandapop....love your video. I am also oil pulling...it tightened up a loose tooth for me. To my understanding to get the best results is to oil pull with sunflower oil for twenty minutes...up to three times a day on an empty stomach. I generally do my treatment once in the morning before my coffee. Thanks again

@kgwrld thanks so much for the nice comment! :) The loose tooth thing is what struck my interest is well, but I think it fixed on its own and not by the oil pulling.. Truthfully I only did it once. AWW... Well I'm glad you got all that out of it! ... Truthfully I only did the oil thing for a little while. My bf DRINKS like 3 (or is it 7? or 10? ah I can't remember now) ounces of Olive Oil! Apparently it's super healthy! WEIRD!!

No problem you are welcome. Ive been studying this whole topic for a few years now, and ive realized that technically speaking, there really is NO such thing as a ' natural toothpaste' .

Paste is Paste and its really not the best thing to be putting on your Teeth . Sure Toms is obviously better and less harmful than commercial Mainstream supermarket garbage out there like Crest, Colgate etc.

but do a google on ORAMD and take a few minutes and read up on their articles

I don't like the pepermint in toothpaste, so I use any old bar of soap and bicarbonate of soda! Tastes aweful, but it rinses away with no after taste and no burning lips :-) You got to be careful with that loose tooth - if the oil doesn't work, see a hygenist before it falls out!!

I was introduced to Dr. Bronners by a guy who stopped me on the street while I was shooting a project for film school. He gave me sample soaps and $20 and wished me luck.

It was weird, but I love Dr. Bronners.  You can use it for anything!

I read up on the oil pulling when you posted it. It sounds interesting. I'm always fascinated by ayurvedic methods but never really know anyone who tries them. I'd love to hear about your results.

The soap is annoying. It once happened to me with some herbal shampoo. Half the plastic bag and the corner of the box were soaked in it. Smelled great, though, and at least they put it in a bag.

The designs look amazing! Good luck with getting in the show!
