You can also use sledges shotgun for the same effect...much easier...lol. Sledges shotgun playthrough 1 and duel and shoot him up in the air and make sure he is near a barrier...better and funner...

I've gotten out at the same spot you did here but I just drove my car over the wall. Just start on the rocks by tk's house and your car will flout over the wall and then use a boost at the spot you put your car in this vid.

The graphic style is called "cell shading". No it's not from Japan, it's made by Gearbox and 2K, both american based companies.
