It do not matter if he touch the ball first as his foot where to high and he came in with the spikes first.

Touching the ball doesn't negate excessive force. Which cleats up that high to challenge for the ball certainly is. He was correctly red carded because that shouldn't be an acceptable way of challenging for a ball.
