Sounds like it could be on chopper level 3 running on 208V. We've got one in our system that sounds a lot like it. It's on level 3, but it rotates at 4 RPM's instead of 2.

@bulldozer950 Not so much, it's most likely a '70s model. It has the newer-style FS logo beside the "THUNDERBOLT" lettering on the rotator box decal.
