@Garyyx24 means you got the lucky version. Google the W shift space problem for fps gamers. Logitech blocked those keys off so they would force you to get the G series gaming keyboards.....

I am a gamer, played MMO-s for years now, and the wireless keyboard i got(a standard, not gaming one), goes for about over 2 months before i had to charge the batteries(warning light appears at 10% so days left in it-no changing batteries in middle of sommet inportant).

Cool! I just posted a vid with the word "keyboard" in it and after I finished watching it to make sure it uploaded correctly, this was one of the suggested vids. I've been using this Logitech keyboard for well over a year now and love it! It feels great and I hate sitting at the computer with the lights on in the room, especailly if I'm catching up on Hulu or something. It's great to be able to see the keys. My only problem is, my cat ate the cord so it has to sit just right or it shorts out.

No it's not wireless. If you want a wireless keyboard, you should look into the diNovo. However, some of the keys are not back lit.

It's low profile and is less noisy compared to a standard keyboard. It really depends on how much pressure you put on the keys.

What's the ghosting like on this keyboard? E.g. can I press crtl + shift + w + a + r all at once? (that's crouch sprinting going diagonally foward while reloading, possibly the most extreme example)

Also, is this keyboard as quiet as a laptop keyboard?

Pretty sure you can do that. I press E and Back Arrow Key at the same time all the time and it works fine.

yeah, this is good for gaming. i used this keyboard playing crysis, modern warfare 2 and left for dead 2... i think this is even better than the G15.

haha thats good, cause i got the illuminated one and its great, awesome keys, low profile and clean design. i just kind of wish a had a screen to monitor temps and stuff. and they keys make an annoying spring noise when typing but nothing major.

get it dude.... even if you're a hardcore gamer... logitech are known for their high quality hardware and won't wear out easily... i've been using logitech for quite sometime. i have this mouse vx nano it lasted for over 2 yrs and still on good working condition, only problem is my daughter broke the lid of the battery. i have this keyboard and it is indeed pretty but i won't recommend it for gaming.

It's called "personal preferences". Can't really see the light? Uh yes you can. Unless you're completely blind, the light is bright and vibrant and is fine in the dark. I personally don't like glossy finishes like the Razer Lycosa. The G19 is too expensive and requires an external power adapter which is kind of dumb in my own opinion.

Incorrect. You have the option to leave it on 3 levels of brightness which there is a button dedicated to that or you could leave it off.

If you're talking about the old generation Macbook Pros' (all silver aluminum), they kind of feel like that instead that the have a fast click response to it and instead of an inside curve on each key, it's a flat surface.
