Thanks for the video. I recently saw a Travel Channel show "Hamburger Paradise" and they were at a place called "Ted's Restaurant" which featured steamed cheese burgers. I wanted to try making them at home. I have a Cuisinart Turbo Convection Steamer and thought that would work really well but didn't know how long to steam the burgers and cheese. Thanks to you I do now. I picked up some small backing pans today and will try these this weekend.
