I don't understand why they are doing this. Spam ad only slows down youtube and is annoying as fuck. They must remove it. I'd rather have them put video ads to every god damn video instead of making this mess. It's more unorganized than a porn site.
Whenever they say it's a joke it always is because they would only say that if they were afraid you might think it is. That spam ad has happened to many other people before you and it's not actually based off of a recorded number of visitors it's just random.
