This made me really sad (in a good sort of way). It was very emotional/surreal to watch, especially with that music. The bit where Granddad Jerry holds up the camera and then it zooms in on him really made me tearful. Funny that you can recognise certain people just by their mannerisms (like Maria waving her arms out, for example). Was that granddad Hurrell at the end? He looks like a cool dude, wish i could remember him. Cheers for uploading this.

That's Nanny Shirley's dad, I think his name was John MacDonagh. The way he walks to the flat is really funny.

oh i seee. So are the Hurrells in this at all? Also I couldn't see Granddad Jim. Is he the one filming?

Yeah, Graddad Jim is filming. Nanny Hurrell is in it at around 40 seconds, when Maria holds her arms out, and Granddad Hurrell is at the far right of the picture at 58 seconds, when Graddad Jerry takes the photo.

The music was added by the company that transferred the 8mm to VHS, I don't know what it's called.
