Somehow I doubt that a B773ER would climb slowly because of weight, after all they are powered by GE90-115B's which are the most powerful engines in the world. I also highly doubt it's because of the winds, unless there was a typhoon.
They climb slowly when heavy COMPARED to when light, but yeah they are very powerful engines. Of course this video is not a Boeing 777-300ER, it is a -300.
I don't think Trent 895's are exactly weak they have 92,000lbf. And in regards to other takeoffs on other aircraft, that was a pretty average rate of climb, not by any means slow.. but yes, when you compare it to other B777 takeoffs it is slow.
every country has it's different altitude for ascending. I'm not exactly sure of the actual altitudes, but SIA isn't the only airlines that climbs this slow in BKK.
