  • looks fun

  • Oh man I miss country dancing at my infant school ;D I could never wait for the summer fayre to come so I could go out in my skirt and shirt and bandana and dance around...of course, we all were sort of out of step and whatever - but hey, we had a skip in our step...and we were six...so that's all that matters :') I'd give anything for one of those summers again xx

  • Mage on a Cree -- fondly called "Spin 'til You Puke"

  • This is definitely not the Newcastle I know. Does anyone do English country dancing in England?

  • @symes1906 This is the Newcastle English Country Dancers dancing to Mage on a Cree... not the song Newcastle...

  • So nice..hey bruno, what year was this?

  • Yes

  • Is this performed in America?

  • Great costumes, awesome dance! It resembles the cercle circassien, a Scottish dance. Are they somehow related?

  • Vigourous in drumming and plenty of enegetic stepping. Vivacious and infectiously enjoyable. C17 dance as at should be.

  • lovely! I wanna learn these dances... so cool.

  • England! (I'm part English!)

  • I've always loved Mage on a Cree!!!! That's one of my favourites!!! Great video!!! Beautiful costumes too!!!

  • wow, this music and their fashions remind me of

the northern indian gypsy people! but it's maybe only because of my limited knowledges ^^ thanks for nice video! i'm searching for some british folks.^^

  • "Lillibullero" stopped off, and I could see the pair discussing what they ought to do. Had they gone and told Silver, all might have turned out differently; but they had their orders, I suppose, and decided to sit quietly where they were and hark back again to "Lillibullero"

  • The six scoundrels were sitting grumbling under a sail in the forecastle; ashore we could see the gigs made fast and a man sitting in each, hard by where the river runs in. One of them was whistling "Lillibullero."

  • i need a copy of this so that i can teach this dance its cool

  • Woah, Liliburlero at 100 miles an hour! lol

    I like playing that one
