I love how they're making Clark experience everything necessary to become the superhero he's supposed to be. It's a slow build, but it would take a long time to become Superman.

Maybe the events going on in his life are some of the things that what Jor-El wants him to experience? Just throwing that out there.

My intention wasn't actually "Chlarkish", in the poor romantic way, what I tried to show is that - it seems - their relationship's never gonna be the same again from now on("What if the storm ends, and I don't see you, as you are NOW(which was in this meaning actually the past, or a memory of the past - insert Chlark scene), ever again"...).

There's some true in that, but I think that there are much more differences between the two seasons, than the suit.

Right now, it seems like that's this year's big step to the Superman legend(as the previous season's was Clark's starting at the Planet), but it doesn't mean that we won't get more clue on that theme too. Anyway, I don't feel that s9's gonna be a copy of the 8th, right now I only see the similarity in the main villain thing a little - otherwise it seems like a new storyline;DD
