i think she's very talented, and could be up there as an ENTERTAINER like laura bell bundy. the singing ability is there, and julianne's writing more, and she's got potential. but with so many other people like her already (how many curly hair blondes that sing are there anyway?!?!) and having dancing before this, it was hard for her to cross over careers. maybe once footloose comes out (since she had a small role in burlesque, but she's got female lead in footloose) she'll get more attention..

@logicpractitioner totally right on target. Everything you said is so true. she's a much better dancer than she is a singer and carrie blows her so far out of the water, she isn't even recognized. If she wasn't so pretty, she wouldn't have even made it to the lame spot that she is at. I think the only reason she dates Ryan Seacrest is because he is EVERYWHERE and she is trying to spread the word about herself but she jsut isn't going anywhere.

Sorry, even with your explanation, I am not getting the video. To me, the dancing didn't fit the tempo of the song. Also thought it was too 'revealing' if you know what I mean. I do like the song, but there are others I have heard from the CD that I like better.
