@NatalieEdgeEdwards Just look at any articles about driving in the UAE. This kind of driving behaviour is typical in Dubai, UAE... I see it nearly every day and you won't believe the excuses for not having kids restrained "baby doesn't like it...yada yada" I guess it makes more sense to have them on your lap when you are driving. Never mind that the air bag will decapitate them.... makes me so angry.
