I am very disappointed that Obama signed the patriot act. What I would like is for every piece of law since 2000 to be rolled back like it was before that year.

Create a column that calculates the ratio of bachelor's degree price to per capita GDP. I would suspect that countries with the highest per capita GDP's will have the most affordable educations. Of course I don't need to do this. The US and the EU have the highest PCGDP and the most access to education. But I bet the lowest countries have the least access.
