I always think it's so iffy for artists to be paying homage to artists they ain't even know. It's different when Missy or Tim do it, because they're doing it out of love, there's a whole story there. When an unknown or up&coming does it, it just looks tacky, like they're desperately trying to bring over the other artist's fanbase or pertaining to be their heir or something. Phlo is pretty, talented and has cut some hot tracks, but this is NOT the way to go. Just tacky.

The video is whack as hell and it fucks with how good Phlo's mixtape really is. Musically, she's doing 90's hip-hop and r&b right, I must say.The direction of the video could’ve been a lot better. It just looks kinda cheap, from the camera they used, to the framing, editing, all that. Kreayshawn didn’t have a crazy budget but she worked with what she had for the Gucci Gucci video and it was a dope video. She should redo the video and execute the Aaliyah inspiration scenes better.
