Great video. I love that you do what works for you! If you take walks and have a shake every day- alllll good! :) And on surgery? I say do what makes you feel good, no matter what your age. PS- 47 is young! You can do anything you like! :)

I also really related to what you were saying about choices. I feel like I am doing pretty well. I have a plan and I stick to it. Occasionally, I make choices to eat things outside of the plan. These are not mistakes. They may have consequences but I am aware of them before the choice and then move on. The key is to limit these choices to occasionally vs. frequently.
I am wondering about the same issues. I am only halfway to my goal but I already see a lot of loose skin so I have a strong feeling that I will be forced to make decisions. It will probably all come down to money. My insurance did not cover wls so I doubt they will cover plastics.
@MsBandtastic I doubt it willcover plastics, and my insurance covered 80% of my band, so I am torn. I would love to expierence it becaus I have never carried such a stature, but at 47 i might be ok with the jeans, I am such a cheapskate lol
Congratulations! You're doing so well. It's impressive. Your face looks so much younger. Go look at an old video and see. Only you can decide about surgery - at 40 you're unlikely to get a flat tummy without it, but it's up to you whether that's important or not. Some folks have such a 'flap' that it's a hygiene thing but otherwise it's just annoying. Wishing you all the best.
