Decent 120hz monitor but the vg278h smoke this thing for 3d and with a matte screen it was no comparison for me. Also if you are serious about 3d and are getting a monitor now, it must be compatible with 3dvision 2.
is there a monitor without 3D but with the same great picture as 2D......bcuz ik this is a great monito but i just want it for its 2D graphics....please respond if there is a monitor that preforms amazing graphics but without 3D..just like this

Seeing as you rate it not being a great monitor for transporting, especially to Organised Chaos every month (and those 400-700 prying eyes:P ), I'll have to pass.
Looking at the Asus VG278H as it uses proper Nvidia Vision 2 integrated, matte screen and a more transportable look.
Not amped to spend like R9000 on that sh!t. That's like $700 + $200 because this country's run by g0d-damn zoo animals. But, that's another story.

@pardev11 you can but you need two things. and HDMI cable and if u have speakers or surround sound an S/PDIF cable. i think you can also run a headset through for sound though

@MrRreviews only if youre sitting in a room with alot of light directed towards the monitor, a lamp directed towards it or the sun coming in from a window would probably give u some "issues". But seeing as that is easy as fuck to avoid i think you should have no problem :P
im sure its nice and all but dear god, i think this thing is actually more reflective then a mirror, pretty much why i bought another monitor instead of this or the asus, unusable in daylight
@MrRreviews i bought the benq xl2410t, mostly because someone close to where i live sold a 2 month old one for 200 euro, unless you can get it at that price i wouldnt really recommend it, the almost 0 input lag and 120hz is amazing, dont get me wrong, very big difference compared to a 60hz, but the benq takes a while to set up due to bad standard settings, the viewing angels on it a very limited and the light uniformity isnt the best.
@hemanse it depends on how much light you let in your room.. i have bought one yesterday and my room is full of sunshine and i see verry verry clear at the monitor and with my last one it was not able to see anything during daylight but yes it reflects but if you concentrate on the monitor picture its not that bad... and also you can use it as a mirror :P
