  • Apparently Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller is the most suitable for direct consumption. The irritating yellowy layer is latex by the way.

I'm going to try this now, thanks! Aloe Leaf bought at supermarket chain (FreshCo) in produce section, hope it's safe used as suggested.

Suppose could also blend with fresh carrots juice & ginger root - possibly more beneficial and very healthy for the digestion (some people have good reason for avoiding too much citrus.).

  • what can i use instead of an orange? thank you.

  • I added 5-10blueberries,3 strawberries and an orange!!! YUMMY!!!

  • Its more like orange juice with aloe vera..

  • p.s with rosemary you can chaop up and blend in or infuse in boiling water let cool and add product or chop and add after blending i prefer the first method

  • i made mine with orange it was yummy i even chucked in a bot of rosemary to give it a nicwe kick also rosemary is good for colds and fighting bacteria

  • Dude just tried this, but with bannanas. Gotta say tasted good. Thx for the vid.

  • Have three huge aloe vera plants in my back yard. They grew there by themselves. Guess I'm lucky.

  • thank you for posting this video. i squeeze a lemon into a tall glass of water 1/day prior to bed, and it is very helpful . it is a good energy booster for next day. it alkalizes the system although it goes in as a mild citric acid. see dr robert youngs ph miracle work. i am wondering where how to get a usable quantity of aloe vera leaves from. i want to mix this with my lemon drink to see what happens. i am sure it will be very benificial and worthwhile.

  • @alpertdon I grow my own. Don't know where you'd buy them.

  • Thanks for the clear video! Very informative and easy to understand!

  • Great Video, Fresh Aloe juice is very tasty, store bought aloe juice is usally very bitter due to the preservatives and stabilizers they add in.
