Great videos and products, I like the fact that you showed with pride your local soaps, if I ever go to Holland I'l like to get those soaps although I wont'e be able to pronounce their names haha, holland seems to be hard to pronounce but I really like how it sounds, kinda german I think...anyways great vids and I'm glad to see new guys posting wet shaving vids in spite of the fact that there are a lot of them..so keep recording my friend and include some holland words I like them..

If you ever go to the netherlands you will find these typical dutch shavingsoaps in almost every drugstore. And they are very inexpensive so you can't go wrong with these soaps. The most commonly available shaving soap is probably Wilkinson Sword or Boots own brand of shaving soap or shaving stick. To be honest though, I suspect many DE shavers now avail themselves of online products from one of the 3 T's (Taylors, Trumpers or Truefitts) or use one of the excellent shaving sites we have in the UK (such as the Shaving Shack) to purchase a wide variety of soaps.
Recently, the Bluebeard's Revenge has also been gaining a lot of publicity.
Yes the 3 t's are the best soaps and creams in the world. I like the taylor shavingcream I showed in my video very much. a lot of value for your money. This shavingcream is highly concentrated so you don't need much of this cream to get a nice and rich lather. I will looking for bluebeards Revenge, maybe they sell this stuff on the dutch shaving shop. English soaps and creams are one of 'worlds best.

I also use the shavingcream and shavingsoap of the'Bodyshop' they have their own brand of soaps and creams. This cream and soap is also available in the UK or the USA because this company has also stores in the united states and the UK. The shavingcream of the bodyshop is also a very high quality product(no synthetic stuff but natural ingredients) I highly recommend the soaps and creams of the Bodyshop, its a very good product!
Another nice video. I always find it interesting to see shaving products that are particular to a certain country. I'm sure that some of the products that I see all the time in my local pharmacy would be quite unfamiliar to many in other parts of the world.

Indeed this soap is particular for the Netherlands:) If you ever went to Holland and you visit a local drugstore you will find this shavingsoap of the Vergulde Hand(guilded hand) :) Wich shavingsoap is particular for your country?
wow...the Netherlands and Germany is a good place to be for cheap shaving products. In Canada, the only shaving soap sold in drug stores is Proraso

I switched to DE (safety razor) wet shaving a few months ago and I'll never go back! My equipment as of now is:
Razor: Murkur Futur
Shaving Cream: Taylor of Old Bond Street (Lavender and Eton College but I want to try sandlewood)
Shaving brush: Tweezerman (found pretty cheap on Amazon - it's decent!)
Razor blades: Still working on a variety pack and haven't narrowed down a favorite brand
