The ACLU put out the autopsy report from the Department Of Defense on Bush's little torture program and it's got Homicide written all over it. the poin is, they were manipulating the "terrpr" alert for political gain, i.e. forcing a government agency, to do something contrary to the well being of the country for political gain, thats a federal crime.
And they coulf have faced jail time for it.
since the statues of limitation on that particular crime has expired the bush admin will getaway with another very very serious crime
