if there are any Maya users who read my comment i need help,

you see I accidently made everything (like my tool box, shelf tabs ect.) disapear. But I then clicked 'Show All UV Settings' or something like that and it got the stuff back, but for some reason, I can't click on any of the tools or different things on the shelf ect.
