If by higher frame rate you meen faster i cant I use imove and the fastes it goes is .25 sec.

Well, you can always get a trial version software, or just find a cheap-ish software like iStopMotion. I have iStopMotion Express which costs 100, but the home version only costs 50

Well my dad wont let my download anything on the computer but if i ask my uncle( a professional video and other stuff animator) might tell which ones are good or something.
