David is a great speaker. Regarding Jason, how random and useless it is to tell the caller--your listener, aka client--to watch violent movie clips? How useless for you to judge her "lack of aggression", as if this is perfect predictor of success in her market and she needs more of what you have? David speaks often about great customer service--this message is loud and clear.
