Bob Sapp was always more comic relief than a serious presence in MMA. I will never forget his hilarious fight with Kimo where he was stumbling around like an idiot and without that prolonged "doctor stoppage" he would have gotten his ass kicked. Then soon after he was getting destroyed by Remy Bonjasky in a K-1 match until he punched him when he was down and was disqualified. Real classy.
