This is the first video I've ever seen of Tesla Coils. My brother's girlfriend once showed it to me, because I love lightning. I had forgot about it. Then, this one day, October 12, 2010, when waiting for my mom to get ready to drop me off at a friends house at a sleepover, I remembered this video, but not the name of the device. So I searched high voltage instead of lightning for a change, and videos led me to Arc Attack, lightning music, and Faraday Suits. That is why I love high voltage.

@mywtfmp3 What the other guy responded is correct. Net charge inside of a conductor is 0, as electrons are negative particles, they repel each other and only move along the outside of a conductive surface. If they're inside of the conductor they're fine.
