Ray started out his musical journey in Vancouver (after arriving from Montreal) in the Secret V's as a bass player. They were a fantastic, arty, punk band!
Ignore that last post, the guy doesn't know anything. If he'd been fortunate to have seen Ray Condo in the day, he would never say such. Maybe the poster killed himself afterall.
If this Ray Condo footage makes it to DVD, I want to know about it! Thanks for posting.

im sorry yall but he sucks, i like country and rockabilly and all, but that uuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaa Makes me want to kill myself
Yeah but the greatest bit about it is, is that a lot of the "original" obscure Rockabilly Artists couldn't really sing themselves. but because there originals we just accept it, unfortunatly with modern acts we are spoiled for choice and knit pick EVERYTHING. I personaly think Ray is brilliant, Raw and energetic. Most modern rockabilly acts try to portray these emotions but it looks cheap. Ray does it Genuinly and when your going for authenticity thats what counts.
ummm.. was this song ever recorded? cos I don't have it

have to agree with 54ford, most all of todays Rockabilly bands a posers; all show and no go. Ray is (was, sadly) the real deal.
