I keep seeing something like "jack da giant killer" or something in the suggestions when I'm listening to brutal death bands. I never click on bands with stupid names, and I don't know why they would want to name themselves such stupid names, but bands like that are an embarrassment to metal. Seriously killer band though in this video, I had the same reaction as you when I first heard them a little while ago.

First of all, I want to say I really like your vids, but I have a question/opinion I want to share.

In my opinion, Amagortis, Amon Amarth, Bathory or Carach Angren give no more information about the band than Job for a Cowboy, We Came as Romans etc. We Came As Romans actually makes me think... Romans had a big empire, these guys are trying to rule the world (i know, romans didnt rule the world)? Sounds promising, have to check them out... Just my opinion ;-)

the name of a band is supposed to give some sort of idea of what you're getting into before you listen, bands like carcass, cannibal corpse, decapitated, you know something deathy this way comes, with the "vague" names, you end up wasting hours trawling through music you dont paticularly want to listen to, dont get me wrong some of my favourite bands have non genre specific names, just its a bit annoying when you hear the name vaginal mutliation but hear electronica, it just dont go
