I like Congressman Ron Paul. As for a test for driving under the influence of marijuana, here in Australia people are not just breath tested randomly for Alcohol, but also for Amphetamines and THC (by-product of marijuana). Imagine though if you can that most people who use Marijuana as a pain remedy are hardly using it to get high. It doesn't matter why a driver fails an FST. If he fails, he's getting arrested. Since pot is illegal, people have to buy it from criminal drug dealers, who also sell heroin and crack. If you could buy a joint at the grocery store, you wouldn't be forced to associate with drug dealers. Pot isn't the gateway to hard drugs, drug dealers are.

when I was 15, I pretty much drank every single day. I tried marijuana when I was 16 for the first time and I didn't really feel for it. I spent 2 more years binge drinking. then I tried smoking when I was shit faced. 2 years and counting, I now smoke everyday and only have a glass of wine every night. I've lost 70 pounds, gained friends and got my life on track. So, is alcohol a gateway drug? No. sorry Stephen Bald-Sack. I choose what I do :)
