  • i see lots of these that say to use a dremel tool. id say use a bench grinder. way faster. but most people looking this up probably dont have a dremel or a bench grinder.

  • It might just be an effect of the camera but those torque wrench look a little thick to fit into a key way? You should also consider maybe doing a few videos of you using the tools? I'd be interested to see how well they work.

  • using allen wrenchs as tension tools is lame as hell

  • @1stab great Idea with the bristles I never thought of that.

  • The steel brushes left by the Sanitation trucks (Street Sweepers) make good tension bars too.

  • Nice vid. I found those Lenox blades by trail and error. They are absolutely the best for making picks I have ever found. Nice idea with the hex wrenches too. I just use street-sweeper bristles for all my tension tools. Check out my channel for some picking vids!

  • Most people don't realize this but you can buy allen wrenches individually in the nuts and bolts section of most hardware stores. No need to spend more on the big ones that you don't need.

  • I cut my hand off

  • What if our locking picking skill isn't high enough to craft them?

  • @MrXoplexable Go pick easier locks like mailboxes to gain exp.

  • @from212 Yeah... I can see it now! Hunched over at the public mailbox... picking locks for practice! While other tennants walk by and eventually call the cops.

  • @Bugstomper2 Actually, I do it all the time. It shouldn't be a problem if your picking your own lock or someone else with their permission.

FYI, My comment was meant as a joke in reply to "lock pick skill isn't high enough to craft them" which is a reference to MMORPG games.

  • why dont you just use some superbumpkeys, they are so much easier and faster to use when opening locks and they only cost 2 bucks online at superbumpkeys. com

  • @bushyweeds are you really allowed to buy or posess or ship through regular mail?I'm in Pennsylvania and I don't think it's legal

  • Can you please make a copy in the original size of the picks?

  • How come so many of these kinds of videos have dudes with long finger nails? Don't any of you people own nail clippers? I'm sure you can fashion a pair the same way you made these tools.

  • the question i have is why do lame ass people leave lame ass comments when if they didnt like the video why watch the whole thing, i like the video and its to make your own set and not have to spend hundreds on different sets gets a little spendy if your not just a poser who thinks he knows locks, i do it for a hobby not to fuckin steal like most you little shits that post shit

  • Nice. But I think you'd better heat treat your tools. I am afraid it might be not hard enough.

  • Nice ideas!

  • why dont u just cut the lock

  • you carry these around you will be nicked for being 'Tooled up'

  • you used saw blades to make lockpicking tools to open locks...

why not just use the saw blades to saw the lock off?

  • @UnpredictableProduct well if you are like me and use it to get into my tool box when i forget my keys i dont want to waist a lock

  • whatcha gna do with those...

  • good idea making the tension wrench out of an allen wrench and the picks out of hack saw blades.

  • TALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What did u use to cut them out of the steel?

  • @crydepunkmuffin my guess is dremel or some kind of "citadel warhammer" drill

  • @crydepunkmuffin I'm assuming just a general grinder

  • @crydepunkmuffin a dremmel.

  • @crydepunkmuffin Dremel

  • verry nice man... This is the leptop you have stolen:)))??? 5*

  • yeah...when you get caught doing it...man...it was truly hell.... being down there...don't be like the guy dissappears for long time in jail...

  • cuz he isnt talking :D

  • I can't hear him talking

  • are you bright? Either a locksmith uses tools to pick a lock legally, or a police officer needs to open a lock in an emergency, because they have other issues to deal with, or a property preservation person needs to open a lock on a foreclosed property, but guess who picks locks the most? THIEVES!!! That's why he doesn't speak, because he might be teaching thieves how to make lock picks, since you can't buy them without a locksmith license.

  • ur an idiot for that reply...

  • lenox n. 2 and 4 is egual??

  • Very nice picks. Maybe you should take some 180 grit sand paper to them though. lol.

  • He has the same set up as me. Exactly the same.

  • How did you cut and shape the sawblades?

    and (duh), do they work?

  • just take a dremel to one and i've made some lockpicks like these, almost as good as southord picks

  • thx ofc i can use a saw blade:D
