What I did: 1. watched a shitload of videos such as this one about attraction, etc.. 2. Make eye contact with everyone you meet. (It's easy because even when you do, most people avert immediately anyway) Nod to them. 3. Plan ONLY the first phrase that you're going to say. The rest will flow naturally (from your confidence building stage.)
