Very nice video. This is very rare footage of the Blue Angels in F11F-1 Tigers. This is the "short nose" version of the Tiger which the Blues only flew in 1957-58. They flew the F11F-2 from 1959-68. The F11F-2 became F-11B in 1962 and had a longer nose. I also have fond memories of seeing the Blue Angels at Moffett Field. I'm a bit younger because when I was a kid they were flying A-4 Skyhawks.

The Tiger sure was an attractive plane. Too bad the Super Tiger with the J79 never made it up to production.
