There are YouTube partners who get paid to make videos. But you have to be popular on YouTube.

I don't know what you need to have to be considered popular. YouTube just checks your channel and videos before they make you popular.

You can click "Uploaders and Partners" at the bottom to ask them to make you a partner.

Its a pain in the arse but it works. Ya go to file, import media items, then it'l appear near the top left corner, grab it and drag it to the timeline bar at the bottom. Theres a green bar on the timeline. Drag that to where the vid needs splittin. Click split, right side middle of the screen. Click on the part beyond your 10 min limit or watever, and cut (ctrl-x) then file, publish movie. Name it part 1 of watever. Then ya can paste wat ya cut, get your next 10 mins, and repeat.
